No failure or delay by Talntd Partners in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right, and no single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any further exercise of that or any other right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement governing Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Talntd Partners with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
